Chris Johnson and Joseph Hayes of Wexted Advisors as Receivers and Managers of ACN 636 246 645 Pty Ltd (formerly Innovating Energy Pty Ltd) (Receivers and Managers Appointed) (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) and associated entities seek Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the sale of the plant and equipment of the Innovating Energy Group.
Plant and equipment for sale includes:
- Botres multi-feedstock Biogas Plant (in parts, unused)
- Designed to produce approximately up to 2.2 MWel (17,600 MWh/a)
- Total Biogas production approximately 970 Nm3/h capacity - Various Schumann Tank parts (unused)
- 9,770m3 Anaerobic Digester
- 2,000m3 Hydrolysis Tank
- 4,000m3 Buffer Tank
