Landscape Tanks is the owner of unique intellectual property assets and manufacturing systems and technology for high quality concrete OSD water tanks that double as structural retaining walls amongst other things. The business and assets included:

 

  • All intellectual property rights including:
  • Patents, trademarks, brand and business names;
  • Website, domain names, social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter etc); and
  • Any other intellectual property; and
  • Plant and Equipment used in the manufacturing process including unique moulds, seals, tools and other equipment; and
  • Client lists, work in progress and related assets.
