Wexted Advisors as Receivers and Managers of Park Fast (S.A.) Pty Ltd (Receivers and Managers Appointed) are seeking urgent Expressions of Interest (EOIs) in a business/asset sale of a car parking business.

 

The business and investment highlights include:

 

  • Established car park business operator with over 25 years trading experience based in the Adelaide CBD, SA;
  • Over 40 car parks managed in/around the Adelaide CBD through a range of leases and profit share agreements;
    Revenue of circa $3.4M in CY22;
  • Any unencumbered plant, equipment owned by the business (including vehicles and ticket machines); and
  • The option to include existing staff (all with extensive experience in the business and parking industry).
