At the First Meeting of Creditors on 31 May 2024, creditors appointed Andrew McCabe and Chris Johnson of Wexted Advisors as voluntary administrators.
We understand the Director is seeking to propose a Pooled DOCA and provide Company books and records for our investigations, and reporting to creditors. Due to the limited information received to date, we request the assistance of all creditors to provide details on the Company's or directors assets to assist with our investigations.
The Second Meeting of Creditors will be held on or around 26 June 2024, unless an extension of the convening period is required to undertake further investigations, so that creditors can make an informed decision on the future of the Company, and related entities.
