At the First Meeting of Creditors on 31 May 2024, creditors appointed Andrew McCabe and Chris Johnson of Wexted Advisors as voluntary administrators.

On 16 August 2024 Adcon VIC creditors passed a resolution accepting the Directors Pooled DOCA Proposal.  On 29 August 2024, Adcon ACT Pty Ltd and Adcon Logistics Pty Ltd (both in administration) creditors passed a resolution accepting the Directors Pooled DOCA Proposal.

The Directors Pooled DOCA Proposal is required to be executed by 6 September 2024 with the first DOCA Contribution instalment of $625,000 due within seven days of DOCA execution (e.g. 13 September 2024).
