On 5 December 2022 Wexted were appointed Administrators.  On 9 February 2023 a DOCA was executed and $2.3M DOCA Contribution received.  

On 17 March 2023, the Queensland Revenue Office made an application to court to set aside the DOCA.  

On 5 September 2023, the Deed Administrators obtained orders that they are justified and otherwise acting reasonable in not distributing the Deed Fund to creditors until the outcome of the QRO Proceedings has been handed down.

The QRO Proceedings were held between 22 April 2024 and 3 May 2024.  On 21 June 2024, the Court Ordered that the QRO Proceedings to set aside the DOCA be dismissed.  The Deed Administrators are seeking indemnity costs from the QRO and in parallel, have declared a dividend from as early as 20 August 2024.  

On 22 July 2024, Deed Administrators issued Notice of Intention to Declare Dividend, requiring all creditors to lodge formal proof of debt by 13 August 2024.
