A final distribution of surplus fund made up of expected dividends and cash at bank is yet to be paid to beneficiaries. Financial accounts for FY22 and FY23 have been issued, the accounts for the financial year ending 30 June 2024 are currently being prepared and will be provided to Unitholders when available. Unitholders should seek their own tax advice, and if required legal advice on their tax distribution statements.
The Court ordered the receivers to file their final receipts and payments accounts with Court by 16 July 2024, and extension till 15 December 2024 as we await dividends and upon filing receivers will be discharged and released from any liability.
