On 15 July 2024, final distributions were paid to beneficiaries and subsequently financial accounts for FY22, FY23 and FY24 have been issued. Individual tax distribution statements for FY24 were issued to Unitholders on or around 16 August 2024. Unitholders should seek their own tax advice, and if required legal advice on their tax distribution statements.

The accounts for the financial year ending 30 June 2025 are currently being prepared and will be provided to Unitholders when available. Per Court Orders issued 22 May 2024 (as amended on 16 July 2024) receivers retired from this matter and have lodged their final receipts and payments, upon filing receivers were discharged from any liabilities. As of 9 August 2024, Andrew J McCabe and Joseph D Hayes have retired as Liquidators of this matter and expect the Company to be deregistered within 3 months.
