EZI INSTALLATION PTY LIMITED

We were appointed Liquidators of Ezi Installation a Company which specialised in roofing installation services.  The Company provided services to a range of high profile clients including Broad Construction, Red 8 Roofing, G&S Engineering, Circon Construct, Hansen Yuncken and John Holland.

Our role was to review and investigate the Company’s affairs, pursue outstanding debtors and liaise with the Fair Entitlements Guarantee (“FEG”) to facilitate the payment of outstanding employee entitlements.

We were also successful in recovering a substantial voidable transaction claim which allowed us to distribute a dividend of 54 cents in the dollar to priority employee creditors in respect to Superannuation.   Our role in this matter finalised in December 2020.
