The company raised over $20M from investors, which was invested in the two trading subsidiaries in Australia and New Zealand to develop the “Fulcrum Hub”, IT platform.
Our role has focused on investigating the company’s affairs and the reason for failure. We have liaised with key stakeholders, in particular with the investors, to obtain further information regarding the company’s affairs. Our investigations are continuing.
