Mon Purse (Liquidation): appointed Liquidators of an omnichannel retail business.  We undertook a successful EOI campaign to sell the Company’s business and assets. We successfully sold the business including the transfer of outstanding superannuation and customer creditor claims.  Other key activities include distributions to the secured creditor, assisting the Attorney-General’s Department (Fair Entitlements Guarantee) in adjudicating on employee claims, reporting to creditors and investigating the Company’s affairs.
