We were engaged by a significant domestic professional sports club facing immediate liquidity and governance issues, impacting on its ongoing prospects of being able to participate in a large domestic competition. We worked with a consortium of investors to recapitalise operations, transition key player, competition and other agreements, establish accounting, administrative and staffing arrangements, and ensure ongoing operational stability to ensure continued participation in competition rounds throughout the transition.
