Safe Harbour Advisor to a large private infrastructure company with maturing debt facilities during divestment process. We assisted the Board to consider a range of options including refinance and divestment of assets and business units.

We facilitated negotiations and management of financiers to provide covenant waivers and debt extensions to allow divestment process to continue. The safe harbour process provided time to subordinated debt holders to consider the alternative options available. This resulted in subordinated debt holders to agree to a higher return than any return in an immediate external administration.
