SOZAY PTY LIMITED

We were appointed Liquidators of Sozay Pty Limited, a Company which acted solely as corporate trustee of the Sozay Family Trust.  In the course of our investigations we identified that the Company’s primary assets were shareholdings in subsidiaries.

Further investigations identified that those subsidiaries owned assets of significant value which may have exceeded the value of the Company’s liabilities.   In response to our investigations, the Director intended to apply to the Court to seek orders to terminate the winding up of the Company ad we assisted the Director’s application by preparing a Solvency Report to the Court.
