WESTERN CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT PTY LTD

We were appointed Receivers & Managers of Western Construction & Development Pty Ltd, a Company which owned a property development in Glenroy, VIC.  The planned development comprised of 43 townhouse units and civil works.

When we were appointed in November 2021, 9 townhouses were partially completed and no other works had been undertaken.

Upon appointment we assumed control of the development, secured the premises, engaged a project manager to lead the appointment, liaised with several pre-sale purchasers and engaged a number of consultants to assess the status of the townhouses and the overall development.  As at June 2022, we have engaged a builder to complete the 9 partially completed townhouses, 34 remaining townhouses and associated civil works.  

On 13 November 2023, we received a full Deed of Release of all claims from our appointor and retired as Receivers.  Wexted Advisors is no longer involved with this matter.
