OVERVIEW

Throughout her career, Rebecca has worked in Queensland, Victoria, and Western Australia, leveraging her expertise to assist businesses in recovering quickly and achieving sustainable growth in competitive markets. Her experience spans a diverse range of industries and challenges. She has conducted numerous confidential business reviews for secured and unsecured lenders, providing advice in distressed scenarios. Rebecca has also overseen the voluntary administration of a national designer clothing company, supported both Commonwealth/State Government departments with strategy and counterparty assessments, and reviewed short-term cash flow forecasts for large mining and manufacturing companies.

Her work has also included financial sustainability reviews for aged care service providers, as well as the administration of a disability health service provider. Additionally, Rebecca has undertaken long-term monitoring of a pharmaceutical group with over 100 stores across eastern Australia on behalf of a secured lender, a role that spanned a 10-month period. Her expertise further extends to property receiverships, involving the sale of commercial, industrial, residential, retail, and development properties. Rebecca has also served as a commercial adviser during a six-month secondment to a state government for road projects and has managed numerous small to mid-sized liquidations and business restructures.
