THE TURNAROUND

Wallaby Phil Kearns speaks in our first Podcast...

A very warm welcome to the second edition of The Turnaround. In this month's issue, we grapple with the Reform Agenda, SBRs, Suspicion, Safe Harbour Symptoms and Sales! We are also delighted to launch The Turnaround Video Podcast series with an exclusive interview from wallaby legend Phil Kearns about his role in the Rugby World Cup 2027 bid. Enjoy!

Christmas talks about the birth of ‘the Hero’: ‘the Logos’ or ‘the Word’ — the world needs heroes… but heroism isn’t necessarily about conversion, or religion, or being born in the spirit, or anything like that...it’s about extracting happiness from despair. Getting control from chaos.

At Wexted we try and turn uncertainty into success for our clients! Getting on with it, presenting well. Having a plan, doing something kind and showing respect. Success is a long trek and we make sure not to underestimate it. It's hard, but joyous. We try to do the routine things well, celebrate our successes with grace, and learn from each client and job.

We wish you all a happy and safe Christmas with your loved ones.
