Wexted Advisors as Liquidators of Practice Advantage Pty Limited (In Liquidation) sold the business and assets of a content and marketing platform with a specific expertise towards accounting practices. These include:

 

  • 200+ active customers and revenue of c.$320K per annum;
  • All intellectual property rights (whether registered or unregistered) used in connection with the Practice Advantage business (including the businesses Your Firm Online and Smart Practice App); and

  • Well-established websites, domain names, trademarks, social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook etc.), contact lists, and any other intellectual property.
