Wexted Advisors as Liquidators sold the business and assets of Mon Purse, an online retailer specialising in the sale of customised handbags and accessories. These included:

  • All intellectual property rights (whether registered
    or unregistered) used in connection with the
    business, including domain names, trademarks,
    social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook,
    Twitter & Pinterest), customer contact list, and any
    other intellectual property; and

  • Any unencumbered plant, equipment, removable
    fixtures and fittings used in connection with
    the business.
