Spotlight on Services: Wexted Launch the Safe Harbour Guide and Resource Centre
Our new Safe Harbour Website is live, including our Comprehensive Safe Harbour Guide, and our new Safe Harbour Resource Centre – the Oracle for all technical, academic and marketing material relating to Safe Harbour work!
Our objective is to make our Safe Harbour Services fit the needs of several groups:
- Directors requiring the defence, who are looking for background information on what can be a complex and intimidating area when they are facing financial distress;
- Advisors, including financial advisors and lawyers looking for a clear and direct path to provide clear views on Safe Harbour for the benefits to their clients;

- The Wexted's Safe Harbour Resource Centre is a central authoritative library of materials relating to Safe Harbour and Restructuring.

- Whether you are a director, accountant, lawyer, lender or restructuring adviser, the library is intended to assist you access materials.

- Our Plain English guide has been developed to help directors and executives understand how Safe Harbour operates, what standards apply, and how to position their company for a viable restructure.
- It draws on the legal Safe Harbour framework, the various Association and Institute guidelines and our extensive experience supporting listed and major private companies through complex turnaround environments.
- The downloadable guide links sets out the fundamental issues, the statutory framework, and our specific service offerings.

We have articulated a comprehensive suite of Safe Harbour specific services, supporting directors through the turnaround process:
